Privacy Policy
How this site handles email, cookies, and advertising.
This policy explains what Full Healthy Lives collects on fullhealthylives.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It was last updated on 25 October 2026.
The site operator can be reached at contact@fullhealthylives.com.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to pages on fullhealthylives.com. When you follow a link to Amazon, a health agency, or another site, that site’s own policy applies.
Information the site processes
Messages you send us
If you email contact@fullhealthylives.com, we receive the address you wrote from, your message, and any details you choose to include. We use that information to reply and to fix problems you report. We do not sell that information.
Comments
If comments are open on a page and you leave one, the site stores the comment, the name and email address you enter, and the time. WordPress may also store your IP address and browser details to help detect spam. If you opt in, your name, email, and website are saved in cookies so the next comment form is easier to fill in. Those cookies last for one year. An anonymized version of your email may be sent to Gravatar to look for a profile photo. Gravatar’s policy is at automattic.com/privacy.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Those logs are used to run the site, block abuse, and fix errors. They are not used to build a profile for sale.
Cookies the site sets
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. WordPress may set cookies if you comment, log in, or use the admin screens. Login cookies last for about two days, or two weeks if you choose “Remember Me.” A cookie that checks whether your browser accepts cookies is removed when you close the browser. You can block cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site, especially comments and admin login, may not work if you do.
Advertising and Google
We intend to show ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and other sites on the internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
Third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and IP addresses, to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site. For how Google uses data from partner sites, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google’s own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
If other ad networks are added later, this page will name them and link to their opt-out pages.
Visitors in Europe, the UK, and Switzerland
We use Google’s Privacy & messaging consent tool, a Google-certified consent management platform, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Before personalized ads are served to those visitors, the tool shows a consent message with three choices: Consent, Manage options, or Do not consent. Manage options lets you review the purposes and vendors and choose which to allow. If you choose Do not consent, personalized ads are not shown to you.
Affiliate links
Some pages link to products on Amazon. Those links can include an affiliate tag. Amazon may use cookies to record that you arrived from this site. That is covered by Amazon’s own privacy notice. See the disclaimer for how those links work.
Children
The guides are written for adults making household decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email contact@fullhealthylives.com and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
Email is kept long enough to handle the request and any follow-up. Comments stay on the page until they are removed. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by the host, then deleted or rotated. Advertising cookies expire on the schedule set by the company that placed them.
Your choices
- Use Google Ads Settings to turn off personalized ads.
- Use aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out for some other advertising cookies.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser.
- Email contact@fullhealthylives.com to ask what we hold from a message you sent, or to ask us to delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
